Brian's Homecoming Invite

I told Brian he had to ask Elise in a creative way to go to Homecoming (since it's their first non-church dance). He decided to ask a police officer friend of ours to pull Elise over on her way from seminary to school to ask her for him.
Well...everything went according to plan. He first got permission from Elise's parents to have her pulled over (always safe to ask first!). Our friend/police officer was perfect! She told Elise that they had been doing a "sting" operation and had been taking pictures of kids speeding to school and that Elise's car came up THREE times on the pictures (LOL).

Elise's sister (Cami) recognized the police officer and said, "that's Alyssa's mom!"...They then hoped they'd get off with a warning instead of a $210 dollar ticket (which is what our friend told her it would cost).
Our friend then went to her police car and got a ticket she had already made that said: "Will you go to Homecoming with Brian?"

Elise seemed nervous when I talked to her, but Brian told me she was laughing and was totally fine.
I asked her if she'll ever speed now that she got pulled over...ha ha. Maybe Brian did Elise (and her parents) a favor!
By the way...She said "YES" to his invite.
