NOTE: Cibola starts out in Lane 3. Watch as Freshman, Matt Valenzuela, gets a good lead! Brent was the anchor (ran fourth). Brent and Matt both ran splits of a little over 49 seconds. Their relay qualified for state today. Brent ended up taking home two first place medals (800 relay and 1600 relay). He also received the 1st Place plaque (as chosen by the coaches) for his part in winning the 800 relay. Their 1600 medley relay received a 5th place ribbon.

UPDATE: Brent's 1600 relay (aka: the 4x4...the one we videod above) came in at a MEET RECORD TIME of 3:23.14! Runners in that relay were: Matt Valenzuela, Tyler Jaramillo, Brandon Winn, and Brent Jorgensen :-)
