1 lb. frozen cubed potatoes (don't thaw)
½ cup margarine (melted)
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1 cup jack cheese (grated)
½ cup ham (diced)
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
½ cup milk
¼ tsp. seasoned salt
Line 13x9 pan with potatoes and pour melted margarine on top. Bake this layer at 425° for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle potatoes with cheeses and ham.
Mix eggs, milk and salt in separate bowl and pour over cheeses and ham.
Bake at 350° for 30 additional minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
