Easy Chocolate and Peanut Butter Candy
1 lb. white chocolate (or white almond bark)
1 1/3 cups peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
1 lb. chocolate (I used about 1 and 1/3 bags of milk chocolate chips which was about 16 oz.)
Line a 10x15 inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In the top of a double boiler set over simmering (not boiling) water, heat white
chocolate and peanut butter. Stir constantly until white chocolate and peanut
butter melts. NOTE: You may also microwave as per package instructions on the
white chocolate or almond bark.
Spread onto prepared pan. Pour melted chocolate over top and swirl through with
a knife, to create a marble pattern. Chill until firm.
Cut into 1/2" x 1" pieces. Serves 32.
