Karee's Citrus Relish

Mix Jell-O with boiling water and let cool (not set, just cooled)

"Pulse" cranberries, apples, and oranges in a food processor until chunky.

Combine cooled Jell-O mixture with processed fruit, sugar, and crushed pineapple. Pour into dish or individual jars. Refrigerate until firm.  May be frozen.


In the fridge it keeps for 7 days; in the freezer indefinitely. Some use it as jam. It is great relish for turkey, chicken, or pork.
