Pistachio Pudding Salad

• 3 1/2 oz. box instant pistachio pudding

• 15 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

• 8 oz. Cool Whip

• 2 c. miniature marshmallows

• 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

• 1/2 c. maraschino cherries

• 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Mix pudding, pineapple with juice, and Cool Whip. Fold in marshmallows, nuts, cherries, and coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
