Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake

CAKE:
 

Bring butter, baking cocoa, and water to a boil over medium heat in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir in eggs, buttermilk (or sour cream), and vanilla. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 10x15 jelly roll pan. FUDGE ICING:

Combine butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and immediately pour over warm cake. Cake may be served warm or at room temperature.
