4 baking potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter (softened)
One 3-oz package cream cheese (softened)
2 green onions (chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
Milk
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Bake potatoes. cut in half lengthwise. Spoon potato into bowl. set shells aside. To potato, add sour cream, butter, cream cheese, onions, salt, pepper and thyme. Whip until light (add milk only if necessary). Fold in cheese, fill shells, crinkle foil around potato halves, bake on cookie sheet for 20 min. at 350 degrees. Yields 8 servings.
