Bow
Tie Pasta & Chicken Salad

to 20 oz package of bow tie pasta
- 1
bunch green onions (sliced)
- 3
stalks celery (diced)
- 3
apples (diced, with skin on)
- 1
can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1
can mandarin oranges (drained)
- 2
to 3 bunches red grapes
- 6
oz bag of Craisins® (dried cranberries)
- Slivered
almonds (toasted)
- 4
to 5 cooked chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces)
Cook bow tie
pasta in boiling water as per package directions or until al dente. Drain and
let pasta cool. Combine cooked pasta with the remaining ingredients in a large
bowl. Pour dressing onto salad and mix gently. Put in the refrigerator to chill
and to allow dressing to soak in.
DRESSING:

c mayonnaise
- 16
oz bottle Kraft coleslaw dressing
- 1
tsp. ground ginger
- Salt
(to taste—approximately 1 tsp.)
- Pepper
(to taste—approximately ½ tsp.)
Mix mayonnaise and
coleslaw dressing with ginger, salt and pepper.
