Mom's Meatloaf

Mix together hamburger, egg, onion, corn flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper into large bowl. Begin mixing with hands adding tomato sauce until you get the consistency you desire (if you add too much tomato sauce and the mixture feels too soft, try adding some more corn flakes; my mom changed recipe from 8 oz. to 4 oz. of tomato sauce because it was too moist and hard to cut). Form your meatloaf and put into a loaf pan. Spread tomato paste over the top of your meatloaf (my mom likes lots of tomato paste and uses two cans, you can use less if you desire). Cook at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or till done.
