Stroganoff Chicken (Mom's Chicken Bake)
4 boneless chicken breasts (halved)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (light soup is okay)
16 oz sour cream (light sour cream is okay)
1/2 cup cooking sherry (optional)
Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl; pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours (check chicken for doneness). Serve sauce over tricolor rotini noodles or rice.
