Check out some photos from their trip to Mexico. (NOTE: I tried to "fix" the pictures as best I could--some were really dark! Most of them look great--Cheryl)

1. Mom and Dad on the Temple of Quetzalcoatl at Tula.
2. Mom and the statues on the temple at Tula.
3. Mom, Dad and Don Black at the sacred city of Chalma. It is the site of a sacred spring and tree.
4. Dad at the unfinished temple at Malinalco. This structure is on top of a mountain--a tremendous climb--but we made it.
5. Catholic Cathedral on top of the massive pyramid at Cholula. The cathedral is the seventh structural layer on this site. The primitive structure behind Mom and Dad is about the third or fourth layer.

7. Some of the folks after dark at the zocolo (town square) in Puebla.
8. Mom in front of the serpent frieze on one of the pyramids at Xochicalco (So-Chee-Cal-Co).
9. The intersection of several structures at Xochicalco. Look at the stone work.
10. The Pyramid of the Moon and Teotihuacan (Tayo-Tee-Wa-Con)--"City where the Gods were made."
11. Dad on top of the Pyramid of the Moon with the Pyramid of the Sun in the background.
12. At the Pyramid of the Feathered Serpent at Teotihuacan, Mom meets the Feathered Serpent--up to her armpit.
13. More of the folks at the Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico City--waiting to see the Ballet Folklorico.
14. Xochimilco--the Floating Gardens. These canals are the remnant of the lake Mexico City was built on.
15. The Mexico City Zocalo-- the center of the city.
16. The Mexico City Temple.
