7-22-02	Signed contract to build and paid $1000 earnest money.
8-24-02	Site surveyed and staked out*
8-26-02	Foundation dug and primary forms installed.  After measuring, we found the foundation to be 3' too far back.  The trenches will have to be filled-in, tamped and redug.
9-03-02	Primary forms removed and trenches back-filled.
9-10-02	New foundation dug.
9-14-02	Primary forms re-installed and additional trenching done for plumbing.
9-17-02	PVC sewer lines installed
9-18-02	Copper water lines installed.  Plumbing rough-in complete.
9-23-02	Plumbing buried and foundation back-filled.  Rebar installed and footings prep'd for foundation mono-pour.
9-26-02	Concrete slab poured!!!
9-27-02	Unbelievable!!!  The first floor is almost completely framed!
9-30-02	1st floor framing complete, trusses installed over 1st floor and garage.
10-1-02	2nd floor framing complete.
10-2-02	All trusses up and roof mostly complete.
10-3-02	All framing is complete and exterior door and windows are installed.
10-8-02	Heating/Cooling rough-in complete. (pix to come)
10-14-02	Electrical rough-in complete.
10-18-02	Data-Comm rough-in complete.
10-24-02	Asphalt shingle roof complete.
10-25-02	Special AV/datacomm wiring installed.
10-31-02	External wall insulation install complete.
11-1-02	Rough grading of back yard complete and Exterior wall lathing and stucco prep started.
	Sheet rock, tape and texture complete
	Vinyl flooring installed
	1st paint complete
	Cabinets installed

12-9-02	Carpet install complete.*
12-10-02	Landscaping complete in front of house and door lock installed.  House locked for first time.
